This is my fourth time doing the MS Stairclimb and every year I vow to train early and try beat last year's time.
I normally end up training a few weeks before and last year's effort was my worst time yet!
I have started training now for it and vow to smash my best time this year.
Please dig deep and support the MS Society. They are a lovely bunch and they let people with similar neurological conditions be members and get services from them.
